Union Postale is the UPU's flagship magazine. It is published four times a year and covers topics of current interest to the larger postal and related industries. Each issue has a main theme that is discussed in-depth, including viewpoints from postal leaders and private partners, as well as country-specific case studies. Main themes in previous issues have covered topical issues such as competition and market liberalisation, postal development and reform, security, technology, quality of service, universal service, and efforts to grow postal business.
