This is not an ITU conference
From Telecommunication Journal (November 1955): The Baltic and North Sea Telecommunication Meeting on Rescue Co-operation (BNTM) was held in Gothenburg from 22 to 24 September, 1955, -immediately upon the completion of the Baltic and North Sea Radiotelephone Conference (BNRC), 1-21 September. Both the Radiotelephone Conference and the Telecommunication Meeting on Rescue Co-operation were convened on the invitation of the Royal Board of Swedish Telecommunications, who had arranged for them to be held in the Maritime Museum of Gothenburg where suitable accommodation - in an inspiring environment - could be provided for plenary assemblies and other meetings, as well as for the various offices required for the Secretariat and the Reception Committee of both conferences.
