This is a partial revision of the 1990 edition of the Radio Regulations. It was published separately as a "Volume 4" of the 1994 revision of the 1990 Radio Regulations.
From the foreword: "This publication is a consolidated document incorporating the decisions of the World Radiocommunication Conference of 1995 (WRC-95) concerning the revised provisions of the Radio Regulations which shall come into force provisionally on 1 January 1997, as well as the new and revised Resolutions and Recommendations of the WRC-95."
