From verso of title page: "This booklet has been published in pursuance of Resolution No. Mar 11 of the World Administrative Radio Conference to deal with matters relating to the Maritime Mobile Service, Geneva, 1967. Under paragraph 1 of this Resolution, the frequencies appearing in column (1) of sections I and II of Appendix 25 to the Radio Regulations, Geneva, 1959, were replaced on 1 March 1970 by those appearing in Annex 1 to Resolution No. Mar 11. Appendix 25 thus amended also contains a new Section III* concerning the new single side-band channels which have been made available for HF maritime radio telephony as from 1 March 1970 (see Annex 3 to Resolution No. Mar 11). This Section III is presented in the form of a table showing the distribution of the IFRB of the requirements of the administrations for the use of these new channels, in accordance with Resolution No. Mar 15 of the World Administrative Radio Conference to deal with matters relating to the Maritime Mobile Service, Geneva, 1967."
