In its third plenary session, the Conference decided to charge the Bureau international de l'Union télégraphique with the entire re-numbering of the Règlement. This edition of the Convention and Règlement, published after the Conference, contains the new numbering as well as a table to allow comparison between the Lisbon edition of 1908 and the Paris edition of 1925.
This edition also contains some small modifications to the text of the Convention and Règlement, as published in the "Documents de la Conférence" and as voted upon by the members of the 1925 Paris Conference. The modifications do not alter the meaning of the text as agreed upon at the Conference (see "Note du Bureau international pp. x - xi)
